Having deep passion for education and his own vision of transforming Russian school systems and approaches to learning Gil enjoys collaborating with universities, business schools and other higher education institutes.
His mission is to increase awareness for entrepreneurship and a mindset without limiting beliefs.
Today Gil delivers speeches as an invited professor and business coach at Skolkovo Business School. He also delivered lectures at Moscow State University, Synergy University, Skolkovo Innovation Center, RMA Business School, HSE Inc, Almaty Management University and others.
