History
The idea of creating “Mastermind” groups was first proposed nearly 80 years ago by Napoleon Hill, the famous philosopher and psychologist of success in his world bestseller “Think and get richer”. These days, the “Mastermind” group strategy is becoming more and more popular across the world.
Gil Petersil was the first in Russia to create a private “Mastermind” club in the beginning of 2016 to demonstrate to a small group of people how useful they can be for each other. There are certain rules in the club: first, all applicants have to pass a very strict selection, and not everyone can become a club member. Secondly, club members are not allowed to build a joint business. However, they can act as each other’s advisers, assistants, inspirators, references, or even become good friends.
